    1. Email Confirmation

    Once you have received the FAMTrips.Travel confirmation letter, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or by check in your confirmation letter. If payment is not received in a timely manner (indicated in your confirmation letter), your reservation request will be declined.

    Full-time agents, part-time agents, outside sales agents and independent contractors must show proof of industry affiliation. Accepted forms of identification are an IATAN ID card, IATAN list, TRUE Photo ID Card, TRUE Certificate, current CLIA photo ID card, CLIA Certificate of host agency with letter from host verifying your eligibility, TIDS ID Card or ARC list. Any of the above is acceptable.

    Once you have received FAMTrips.Travel E-Mail FAM Confirmation Letter for your FAM booking then please fax or scan and email a copy of your eligibility to melody@famtrips.travel if you have not already sent it. You can also fax to (941) 761-6128. If you prefer to use credit card for payment, then FAMTrips.Travel will add a 3.5 % fee when we email a credit card authorization form to you . In the case of payment for any of the AMA Waterways fams, the supplier will process your credit card directly once we get your booking confirmed. We will call in your payment and send you a 2nd invoice that shows your booking is paid in full. There will not be an added fee for the credit card payment when AMA processes your payment.

    Insure Your FAM!

    Why take a chance if you have to CANCEL YOUR FAM FOR ANY REASON or if future unforeseen circumstances interferes with the successful completion of any fam you have paid to attend. FAMTrips.travel suggests the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.

    For All River Cruise bookings, the non refundable policy is still in effect from time of booking and full payment, based upon these fam cruises being non refundable from our supplier partner, AMA Waterways . Below is the cancellation policy for LAND BASED ONLY FAMS:

    From time of booking, until 150 days prior to departure date, penalty is 25% of full payment.

    From 150 days prior to departure until 120 days prior, penalty is 50%

    From 120 days prior to 90 days prior, penalty is 75%

    From 90 days prior to date of departure, penalty is 100%

    Our phone number is 941 322 1800. On all AMAWaterways bookings, they give us three days after they confirm you to submit payment by credit card. When you submit your booking application above, you can email your certificate from AMA that you have completed that first module of their online training.

    It is short and should take you less than one hour to complete the five easy lessons.

    We will email you the booking invoice as soon as they make the booking which is normally within 24 hours or less.
